Outreach Specialist
Nicole Beck (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience in the fields of mental health and education. Her approach to therapy is strengths-based, trauma-informed, culturally affirming, and neurodivergent-affirming—an orientation that resonates especially well with teens and young adults navigating relationships, life transitions, academic pressures, and identity formation. Nicole supports clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, complex trauma, and body image issues, helping them build skills in self-advocacy, emotional regulation, and self-management.
Nicole believes therapy is a collaborative process that strengthens a client’s sense of self and agency. When working with parents, she emphasizes the importance of open, honest conversations with young people, and supports caregivers in leading these discussions with clarity and compassion.
In in-person sessions, Nicole also offers animal-assisted therapy with her therapy dog, Barry. His calming presence helps foster a sense of safety and comfort, building confidence and emotional connection—especially for younger clients.
