Serving Adults

At North Star Families, located in the Los Angeles area, we offer individual therapy for adults navigating life’s many complexities. Whether you’re managing anxiety, healing from trauma, facing a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, our experienced clinicians are here to help you gain insight, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Individual therapy is an opportunity to explore patterns of thoughts, feelings, and relationships. We use a reflective, trauma-informed approach to support people to move through barriers and achieve goals in their personal and professional lives.

Our therapists are warm, collaborative, and deeply committed to your well-being. We work with adults of all ages and life stages, offering support for anxiety and depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions and identity exploration, relationship concerns, work and career-related stress, and OCD and other anxiety-related conditions.
